SMU vs Baylor

I am a Fall 2026 transfer student. I got accepted to Baylor and was granted $51,500 in gift aid, but also got accepted to SMU with $44,922 in gift aid. SMU is saying tuition and fees alone will be $71,816 and Baylor is saying $67,964.
I’m weighing the pros and cons of both but would love advice on deciding. Obviously Baylor is cheaper surface level, but I also work as a nanny and know the market better in Dallas than Waco… which would you pick?
