cursed mode achievement speed run help

There was guides from a few patches ago where you could run through the game and get a flawed ending by killing Jasper and giving the painting to Aurelius. It was a quick and easy way to get the ending achievements such as no sleeping, no companions, no meals, etc.

It HEAVILY relied on pool cue insta-killing Jasper from my recollection, but since then Jasper no longer has the ability to be instantly killed..

What is the best way to kill Jasper then, quickly? I have been trying awhile to get lucky with the pitchfork, to no avail.. What good gear is nearby and easily gotten before three days? or must it be a struggle?

Thank you!
