Apple refurbished phones

Hey everyone, sorry if this is a dumb question, but I was wondering if Apple ever adds a new phones to their refurbished lineup. For example: I would ideally like to buy either a 15 or 16 Pro with 256 GB however neither of these phone phones are currently in stock on their refurbished page. Will they eventually have some, or not. Thanks for answering.
