House is disgusting

I got into a new relationship last year and have let my own house go. I go take care of the dogs and that’s it. I haven’t cleaned. I haven’t done much and it’s just disgusting. My lease ends in a week and a half and I just have no motivation to clean it 😔 I need help. Idk what all cleaners to buy. There just dog smell in the carpet in the rooms. The rest is linoleum type of flooring so I’m thinking just steam it? The only real damage to the property other than the dog odor is paint rubbed on the wall where the couch was and some carpet fraying by the bedroom door. If I get the dog odor out and everything clean would the paint be considered normal wear and tear? The carpet I’ve kind of come to terms with on being charged for the main room. Idk if I can repair that small patch myself. But I feel either way they will want to charge me. I’m just stressed and don’t know what to do. I don’t want to be charged an arm and a leg 😪
