Blue balls at the slightest physical contact

Hi everyone,

I'm 25M and when I used to hold hands with my now ex girlfriend or have any kind of physical contact with her, my body starts to release pre-ejaculation fluid and soon after I start getting blue balls.

The whole thing is problematic on several levels : I cannot pray in clothes stained with pre-ejac fluid, I cannot have any form of cuddling/physical contact without my body sexualizing it, and I end up with severe blue balls pain afterwards (walking helps settle the pain down).

I wanted to know if any of you guys experience the same thing with your girl and if it gets better?

Any advice would be appreciated.
