Denverites Coming To Steamboat In Sep | Can anyone tell me about the Sheraton up there?

Longtime Denver resident here. We will be heading up to Steamboat in September to spend a long weekend anniversary. I know this is a pretty shallow ask, but can anyone tell me a little about the Sheraton Resort Villa’s? The room rates are shockingly low and we have read quite a few seemingly negative reviews. More odd than that we got an email from the property after booking. There were a lot of rules & exceptions about the various amenities there. Including some scant info about how it’s primarily an owner-oriented (timeshare?) property and temporary guests get secondary treatment.

I know that small, local CO subs aren’t big fans of touristy posts like this asking questions. That being said we are getting some red flags from this and would be very grateful for any info be it positive or otherwise.
