Is 72K Terror credits for 40K T3 Level 5 Ions a fair price?

I have been waiting for this to come to the store (it’s in the limited section). But this price seems really high. It’s only needed for Blue Marvel, and we have no idea how soon we can easily require red stars for him. I wanted to take him for DD9, but I am not going to pay an arm and a leg for him.
