uiuc cs + econ vs ut austin informatics (to CS or MIS??)

hi guys!! i originally applied for CS but got capped and got off the waitlist for Informatics.

I don't know if I should go to UIUC for CS + Econ or go to UT Austin for Informatics and attempt a transfer for CS and MIS?

How is Informatics program and how likely is it to break into big tech? And how likely to internal transfer into CS or MIS?

I have tons of CS related ECs & DECA Top 20.

Thank you so much!
