Should I get certifications to improve my Resume?

I did everything I could so far to make my resume the best it could for Entry-Level Accounting Jobs. I made sure it was well-formatted, the correct Keywords would be there for algorithms and I have a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree in Accounting.

Yet in every single accounting job I have applied to, including Entry Level jobs, I have been either rejected or ghosted.

Because I have no certifications, I would like to know; should I try to get certifications to make myself look better? If so, which ones would you recommend?
