Are there remedies to weaken Jupiter in 6th house? (Aries Lagna and Rashi)

I have Jupiter in 6th house with debilitating issues with weight that I find hard to lose. I wonder if I can do anything to weaken Jupiter and remove its malefic effects. Btw I also have Mars in 6th house
