When does he often post about calling?

I’ve really wanted to call in but I’ve been on an Instagram/social media hiatus for a while now and whenever I see it posted it seems random (to me) and I’m seeing it hours later - is there a rough set day or time he posts about it nowadays so I can kinda look out for it? Thanks!
