Backing out

Hi All, I'm in NJ and put an offer for a house, the seller countered, and I accepted. Both the seller and I signed the offer sheet. My realtor sent the document to my attorney today. I'm having second thoughts about taking on a large amount of money. Do I have a way to back out now? Thank you all.
