Job search question

I've been looking for work and I keep finding postings for positions that are really interesting, but have 1 or 2 job duties I have no interest in like supervising. Should I apply to these jobs anyway? I don't want to go from 1 job that makes me unhappy to another 1 that makes me unhappy for a different reason.
