Elite Corgi Rehoming Service from Detroit Questions

Hey everybody! I've been talking to Elite Corgi Rehoming Service about a corgi that they have. They say that they are out of Detroit and I am wondering if anyone has worked with them and vouch for them. I want to make sure that I would be getting a puppy from a reputable service so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
