OF creator won’t provide video to prove it’s her. Red flag?

I’m trying to buy a custom but getting some sketchy vibes. Asked for a video to prove it’s really her and she won’t do it. Says it’s not her job to prove it’s really her. Is that crazy or am I just being a bitch? Creator is ivoryxnight by the way.
