Heaviest items to wash?

What are the heaviest items you have to wash daily? For me it’s the giant pots that we batch cook soups and stews in. They’re just so heavy and awkward to handle.

Also during service we use big stone slabs for our pizzas, 3.5kg each and I will carry 5 at a time back to the shelf they live on. I can be doing great keeping my bench clear then I get a load of pizza stones back and they have slowed me right down.

Some of our plates too are unnecessarily heavy. Least I don’t need to go to the gym after a busy service every day is arm day!
