Why are one of the “not selected” applications yellow? The “not selected” progress bar with progress is from the yellow application. The one with no progress are the red ones (I’m assuming are closed permanently)

Here’s my situation, I applied, had an interview, received and signed the job offer. First advantage took a month to complete my background check, it had misinformation on it, so I waited another month for the dispute to complete. I got an email saying I will receive further instructions from Walmart. I have not. Called first advantage, they told me to contact Walmart, I went up there and spoke to hiring personnel, she told me to reapply and let her know when I do (though she was busy on a phone call, and not at the computer) I’m thinking maybe she hasn’t seen my application back in the system since my updated background?

I understand that my application was automatically rejected by the system when my background check disqualified me for the position. When I filed the dispute and I was deemed “eligible” was it put back in the system? And is that why this one is yellow? Does that mean it’s pending further action waiting to be seen? Will it be seen? Should I apply again? Should I just wait?

I don’t want to keep bothering her…she’s not actually hr, she’s the store manager filling in because they don’t have an hr at the moment. I feel like she would know what happens after a dispute? Or maybe she doesn’t because she not hr lol. Maybe she’ll think to look since I talked to her.

One is yellow?
