Please help - This fill of XR & IR effecting me super badly!

Hi all

I got a brand of XR & IR (the same brand) I'm intolerant to. I'm having really crazy symptoms like I can't talk to people at all, anxiety, feeling super blank, and even s*icidal thoughts. Thats not even all of it. And when I say I cant talk to people I even mean my own family. Crying spells and hopelessness.

The brand is Elite. I picked up my script of 30 days about a week ago and I have three weeks left until my next appointment. What can I do??? I was thinking of calling my doctor and asking to surrender my medication and asking her to fill a different dosage with a different manufacturer but I'm not sure if this is allowed because BOTH my XR & IR are messed up and I don't know if she's allowed to make an exception for two medications at once... has anyone ever been in this position before?
