No quests and have been getting progressively worse each week

Hey!
I’ve been doing UE now for about a month, obviously the quests were great at the beginning and have since dropped off. But last week I posted for my thur-sun ones and I have 3 morning which were laughable. This week I only had Monday night and a couple morning ones which are useless to me. Now today I have 0
Is this normal? What can I do to get them back?
