Boozy lunch/brunch for a Monday birthday celebration?

Hello! A friend is visiting me in London in early June and I’m looking for somewhere to take her for her birthday, which falls on a Monday. I thought about a bottomless brunch but can’t really find anywhere with good food open on a Monday. Ideally it’ll be hot so a patio/garden would be great but not mandatory!
