Anyone know if NJ Family Care covers allergy testing?

I've got Horizon NJ Health. Called them, but the person on the phone seemed clueless. I actually saw an allergist the other day who was apparently in network (found her through Zocdoc, and she took my insurance when I came in for an initial consultation. But the person on the phone claimed that I wouldn't be covered because she said the allergist was out of network.
