Need some legal advice for working with amazon dsp

Hello, I have a question that I wanted to ask.i just started working for a dsp today and my first route involed about 220 stops when I was only suppose to have 140. Is there some kind of legal action that can be taken against this or is this actually legal for them to do? I have tried calling the owner of the dsp multiple times and there has been no communication. I worked from 9:45 to 6pm without a break. There is no communication towards how my hours are being logged and they will not answer me about setting up direcr deposit. I really could use some help understanding this
