I just don’t know what else to do

My husband (33) and I (30) have been TTC for a year now we had one pregnancy that ended in a MMC in September and I had to have a D&C. We’ve been trying ever since again and now going into month 8 with no luck. I take supplements, I’ve done all the testing AMH, estradiol, FSH, etc. it’s all come back normal, and my husbands semen analysis is normal too. I’m on the waiting list for an HSG but I’ve been pushed out for months now.

At this point I’m so close to giving up. I don’t understand how I could’ve gotten pregnant after 3 months before and now when I’m literally doing everything I can it’s just not happening. I can’t keep living like this and I just don’t know what else to do. I know I’m not alone in this but omg is it isolating. I need some positivity or advice on what else I can try.
