first solo trip to europe this summer for work. looking for travel recs!

i am spending my summer in the UK for work, and was looking to fill up my weekends with small trips to different countries and cities. i have never traveled abroad before, let alone gone on any trips by myself. social media is kind of overloading me with information on what i should and shouldn’t do, and a lot of people seem to have mixed opinions on what cities are safe for women.

any recommendations of where i can go and be safe, i will take! i’m definitely looking for more chill vibes, good swimming spots, food, museums, etc. i mostly only have saturdays and sundays to spare, but i will have a full free week before i begin work that i can use if anyone has any must see places that take more time. i don’t really have a price limit (but nothing wildly expensive), and i will be there june through august.
