FNBO Credit Card Help Needed

I have had my Universal Studios FNBO credit card for almost a year now and all of a sudden I don’t have access and they’re saying they detected potential fraud on my account and now they want a notarized copy of my Social Security card, last year‘s W-2, my most recent paystub and a photo of my drivers license. I have a balance on the account and they’re saying refuse to let me make payments or anything until I have done all of this and yes I confirmed I called the correct bank… so I’m wondering what to do because they’re threatening to close my account if I don’t provide this information.
