I do not understand rocket money ads

Can someone please explain to me why rocket money ads always feature a clueless person who has no idea how much they are spending? In addition to wondering if Rocketmoney has any actual valuable offerings or useful metrics for users, I also wonder who is paying their credit card bills without checking to make sure that all the purchases are legit. How do you not notice you have 2 Netflix subscriptions, and how would anyone accidentally sign up for 2 in the first place? I truly don’t know how this service makes any actual sense from their ads alone and it’s infuriating.

I need a reality check from someone, please.
