Ruby River closed; avoid its replacement

Ruby River has been under new ownership, and employees who don't fit the owner's vision for what will replace it soon knew to find new jobs by the end of May. Instead they were suddenly without a job before this past weekend.

From what I've heard, he's aiming for what I would describe as something between Hooters and Mar-A-Lago, with a Texas theme. He wants young women staffing the restaurant, and he's going to have a shrine to himself about his accomplishments (used to be an OB-GYN).
