Fiance likely has ocpd and canceled our engagement photoshoot

Is this normal for ocpd? We had an engagement photoshoot and when I said “we have to be there at 10 tomorrow” he asked where, claimed he didn’t know and then became so rigid about it, as if I was imposing it on him and forcing him. I tried to tell him how important it was to me and he just refused to do it. There was no good reason, it was just that he didn’t want to and so that was it. He definitely has significant ocpd traits so I’m wondering if this is part of the rigidity. I still don’t understand why he couldn’t just do it and it created so much damage and fall out between us
