stats arent being updated anymore

Has anyone noticed their QL stats arent being updated anymore? the last 30+ games haven't been recorded on my QL profile (on steam).

This seems like a common issue and has affected most players, and guidance given was simply to turn the cloud save feature off...which hasn't fixed the problem at all.
