Solutions: enlist these companies complaining they have no workers to help sponsor the integration into our society. According to national labor stats each person coming into the US would likely contribute $3400 per year in fed, state and local taxes. That action could be used to shift or share the responsibility of new immigrants and give a support system. Still a big issue with the process but it could be solved with a better system linked to those various companies.
