Anyone was diagnosed with childhood polymyositis?

Hi, im new here and i've been peeking around for a bit, i have polymyositis, everything started when i was 3 after a bronchitis triggered this illnes and leaded to a lot of things, i was officially diagnosed in 2016 when i was 8, now im 18

Im gen lonely on this, i never had contact with someone with the same illnes or well, kinda yes because i met online a younger girl with the same as me our motheres were friends, she passed away

I've been going through a lot, byopsies, IVGS, chemotherapy, corticosteroids, different meds

At some point everything stopped working, because my polymyositis is refractory

Im posting here for see if someone got diagnosed in their childhoods and so i could share my experiences, i know someone might answer, thanks for reading :), trying my best out here in this life
