Feedback on whether or not to file warranty claim.

Other

I have a JBL BoomBox 4 and I use it regularly to play music outside for my business.

I play it 6 times a week, Monday through Saturday from when I open my business at 10:00AM to when I close at 8:00PM.

I bought this speaker to replace a 4 year ultimate ears speaker but more importantly, to have a speaker that has battery the whole day. This speaker SHOULD last 34 hours according to JBL's manual and website, except that it doesn't. I play this speaker and it only last like 5 to 6 hours max from a FULL battery. I put it outside around 10AM and it's dead by 3 PM on most days. And I've only had this speaker for 4 weeks, so I don't believe battery degradation could've detioriated the performance this badly so quickly.

I dont play it in the boost bass mode and I actually put the speaker in "playtime boost" mode which is suppose to be a battery saving feature setting that makes the speaker play for longer. And even with this configuration it still only lasts 5 to 6 hours 4 weeks removed since purchasing this speaker. I already missed the deadline to return this to Amazon, so I wanted to know if you guys think I have a legit manufacturers warranty claim to have this speaker replaced? Because it DEFINITELY does not last 34 hours and my old speaker that was 4 years old actually BEATS this speaker and can last longer. So idk what gives.
