Parking Inquiry for Visit on May 17

I am planning to visit the Washington State History Museum on Sunday, May 17, and I am considering parking on Pacific Avenue between S 17th and S 21st Streets.

I noticed that the metered street parking along Pacific Avenue has a 90-minute limit. I would like to ask whether this time limit is enforced on Sundays (specifically on May 17). Additionally, could you please confirm whether metered parking on Pacific Avenue is free on that day?

If the 90-minute limit is still enforced, I would appreciate any recommendations for nearby street parking options that allow for longer stays (around 3 hours).
