I built an AI testimonial tool that learns customer voice and tone
One thing I kept noticing while building products:
even good products often launch with almost no social proof.
The problem is real testimonials take time to collect, but empty testimonial sections hurt trust and conversion early on.
So I built TestiForge:
https://testimonial-forge.replit.app/
The main thing I wanted to solve was making AI testimonials feel less generic.
Instead of only prompting the AI, you can paste real customer writing samples (Slack messages, emails, reviews, DMs, etc.) and it learns their tone/style before generating drafts.
Current features:
- Voice-matched AI testimonials
- Public portfolio/proof pages
- Embeds + exports
- A/B testing
- AI Draft transparency labels
- Workspaces for agencies
The goal isn’t fake reviews — everything is clearly labeled as AI Drafts and editable.
I’d genuinely love feedback from other founders:
- Does the Voice Profile concept make sense?
- Would you use something like this early in a launch?
- What would make this more useful?
