8 figures, over 200 SKUs. We were drowning..
.. drowning in overhead of managing inventory, PPC, supply, listings, and we also dedicate solid amount of time to various analytics which helped us make data driven decisions and grow a lot.
Around 4-5 months ago we started working on our internal automation tool. I initially dreamed of building “AI autonomous…something” which obviously didn’t work, but we ended up with a software I’m anyway proud of.
Basically a “company brain” connected to all our data and tools (SP-API, Ads, spreadsheets, documents, other software), where we can either ask questions about something we need to know, or one-shot automations from plain language for simple and medium complexity workflows. We were even able to give AI agents some level of autonomy on inventory: tracking shipments, supplier order statuses, drafting reorders for approvals.
How actively you are incorporating automations and various AI tools in your routines? And what’s the most painful part of your weekly ops you’d hand off if you trusted the handoff?
