How do I recover my account

I haven’t played the game in years. I tried to play again and it seems my account is trapped in the moon ton servers and can’t be transferred. When I asked customer service for help they told me my account was attached to my fb but I can’t log in via fb. I have no idea what to do. I get error 7 when I try to use my email.
