Really depressed after stopping. Normal?

Hi all. I recently came off Effexor (~1 month ago). I came off with a Zoloft cross-taper (started it, stopped it, than started it again), which I am still taking at 20mg.

Over the past week or so, my mood has completely plummeted. I feel awful. I have my emotions back, but it's all the negative, and it's hitting me really hard. I just feel so sad and worthless.

I haven't felt this sad since I started Effexor (it just made me numb), but I don't want to say it's 're-emerging depression' when it could be protracted withdrawals.

Has anyone else felt very depressed after coming off Effexor? How did you push through it?
