Created an AI property checker

I built a simple web tool that generates professional property inspection reports for UK renters and letting agencies to protect deposits.

I've validated the concept, used it myself, but I'm struggling to get traction. Tried Reddit but keep getting posts removed for "advertising." Facebook groups seem promising but slow.

The product genuinely solves a problem, 200k+ new builds sold in the UK every year, millions of renters moving annually, all need to document defects/damage.

My question: For a niche B2C tool like this, what actually works for customer acquisition on a tight budget?

So far I've tried:

• Reddit (posts removed)
• Facebook groups (slow engagement)
• Posted on Product Hunt (pending)

Considering:

• Google Ads (expensive but high intent?)
• Partnering with conveyancers/letting agents
• TikTok/Instagram content

What would you focus on? Or is this just a grind-it-out situation where I need to be active in 50 Facebook groups for 6 months?
