advice for where to move to in the uk or europe coming from usa or canada?

kind of struggling to look into places to move too for the future, currently in the usa, might move to canada due to native american benefits from ancestry findings, but would love to move to uk or europe area permantly, or atleast work first then move. I know nothing over there but, if anyone can help from my interests & any job ideas i have, of where might be a possible answer for me it'll be greatly appreciated!

My interests - national forests & mountains, hot springs, oceans/lakes, sand dunes, anything related to ancient history from persia egypt to viking age to medieval i.e castles, settlements/villages, ruins, world heritage sites, energy vortex zones ex. glastonbury tor or stonehenge, cities or towns with more college ages folk or not but hopefully looking for a more live music area, general popularity with weird, creative-artistic, i know say uk or england loads of places have people that are spiritual, open-minded, occult traditions like paganism, etc. i did read somewhere as a 420 friendly person, the uk and most of europe dont allow it besides germany and a few others but unaware of most things. I am from Texas so used to the heat, but though id love to move somewhere with even seasons like real snow & good midsummers & whatnot, im okay with cold until i get to canada if i do....I did see from my ancestry i am actually 92% european, being bit british/english, scottish, welsh, french, finnish, & some others not in the parts, so no wonder why i desperatly want to visit, & have a great attraction towards europe & the uk. IF anyone has ideas let me know!
