Hi everyone, one of my clients is looking for a Portfolio Operations Coordinator to support a multi-property real estate portfolio. You’ll be the central ops layer across collections, vendors, compliance, and lease admin.

What you’ll do:

• Track delinquencies + manage collections workflows
• Handle payment plans + escalations
• Coordinate with legal + compliance timelines
• Manage permits, vendors, and documentation
• Support lease admin + reporting

You’re a strong fit if you:

• Have 3+ years in ops or property management
• Are detail-oriented + organized
• Can manage multiple workflows independently

• US Eastern overlap required
