I’m thinking of renting my house out.

I don’t need the cash from selling it. IMO, houses will continue to appreciate and a tenant would be putting money in my pocket after expenses while paying off the home.

I never thought I’d keep this house since it’s a single family home. How is the demand for a single family homes as rentals in Nassau county ?
