Is it me or does it feel like Momokarun is somewhat 'one sided'

I don't mean literally one sided since we do know momo has feelings for okarun but Okarun has always been the one stepping up and fighting for their relationship. He is the one who has confessed, even now he is the one who is stepping up which makes sense since momo has amnesia but it their dynamic is starting to feel 'unbalanced'. The romance here does not feel great. I thought it would be momo's turn to step up but with her amnesia now, i dont think it would happen. Not to mention, the current story is still framing okarun as the one needing to step up and carry the relationship again. I think tatsu has unintentionally made the romance to be unappealing anymore. Right now, i am not sure if i would even be happy if they got together again if it means okarun is the one who has to carry the relationship again while momo does nothing
