How much money will I need for MCA before EDUCATION LOAN SANCTION?

I am considering NIT TRICHY for MCA this year
I am an SC Student ( fees waiver benefit ) and considering taking a EDUCATION LOAN

I researched a bit and found that you have to play about 1 lakh ( 30 thousand around one time fees ) + 60000 ( hostel fees) at the time of admission

Is it true?
