Bonjour! Grand prix questions

Bonjour tous le monde!

My wife and I are looking to come to Montreal for the grand prix in the next few years (not this year though).

She needs her electric wheelchair to travel any kind of distance, so I'm wondering what getting around Montreal is like with a chair normally, and especially over the F1 weekend to help me plan.

Any suggestions for where to stay, how to travel, anything else we should do while around? We live in Australia, so making the most of a trip would be the goal.
