Gas from Costco

I have a 2024 Chevy Silverado Turbomax, on the owners manual it says 87 octane gas is recommended but when I go to Costco and add that gasoline I can hear a gargle when I accelerate, anyone have this issue in the past? Is Costco a good gas or should I use premium?
