At what point did "manual distribution" become your growth bottleneck ?
I’ve been looking into the lean stacks of several MicroSaaS projects lately, and I noticed a trend that reminds me of an old accounting trap. Just as you shouldn't get bogged down in complex software before your first 10 customers, you shouldn't get stuck in manual content loops that kill your dev time.
For those building across "divided audiences" (like Shopify vs. Notion users), how are you handling distribution without it becoming a full-time job? I’ve seen people suggest affiliate programs for recurring revenue, but those only seem to scale if you have an organic search engine running first.
Is everyone just brute-forcing manual updates for every platform, or has anyone successfully moved toward a "Core Asset" framework where one update gets translated into SEO traffic across different niches automatically ?
