So about Sage and V1…

The latest episode makes it rather clear that Homelander getting the V1 was never part of her plan, so it’s quite obvious that she was intentionally messing up recreating the formula. But like, why did she tell Homelander about it in the first place if she didn’t want him to have it? I’m sure she could have come up with some convincing excuse as to why Soldier Boy wasn’t killed by the virus.

She goes on and on about how people are predictable, but you don’t really her super-human people-reading skills to know what Homelander was going to do once he found out about the V1. And look, I don’t mean to seem like I’m hate-posting, maybe there is something I missed or I’m otherwise not getting but idk.
