New player here, the game looks amazing, how big is it in terms of content?

Hello, I've been eyeing this game for a while, and I've been wanting to play it, but due to lack of time and other stuff I hadn't been able to. Now I finally got to try it and I'm actually enjoying it. I've been looiking for a game to just, sit down and invest some time into, I'm really into looter shooters and this game looks very much down my alley, animations and ingame models look amazing. Though the interface and all those elements are kinda overwhelming.

Thing is, I've been reading some negative feedback /reviews and other sentiments about the game lacking content and that the game is "dying out". I'd like to know more about it.

My questions are, Is it worth it to invest time into the game? What's the game loop and endgame like?. I'm sorry if this comes up as lazy. I AM actively playing the game to find out myself but I'd like to know the perspective of other's experienced players.
