Nothing is ordered in any tier so no I don't think smoke bomb is better than cowboy etc

F: useless or cards that did something 100 games ago

E: very very very niche cards who's niche ain't that good

D: same as E but better

C: decent cards usually outclassed

B: mainly family engine type of cards or cards that need to be built around to be good

A: amazing cards almost auto include

S: you get the idea

Before I get into another stupid argument where someone genuinely tries to disregard outclassed as something you can't use when ranking or judging in a tier list and consider it completely irrelevant (yes that did happen) some placements here have leniency and flexibility not every card follows strictly it's tiers criteria

Example:

Tomb Raiser isn't a card to be built around but he's too good to be considered C but not strong enough to be considered A so he goes B

Any and all unnecessary side comments or insults about me or my tier list I'm not gonna reply to you. You've got a critique good otherwise shut the fuck up.

Rankings are based on a mixture of everything (ult league performance, lawn warz, slight consideration for budget value and rarity and high tier competitive gameplay)
