FIRE help!!

60 this year, I am targeting FIRE at 55, it's been very tough out here these few years. Perhaps full fire or maybe barista fire, work to mainly cover the green fees at Sentosa Golf Club.

Target retirement income: ~SGD135,000/month (dividends, cpf, PB, PB2, trust fund)

Current income: S$4.4 million/year

Current assets:

Physical wallet: S$400

IBKR: S$4.3 million

Local Private Bank: S$5.7 million

Swiss Private Bank: S$12.3 million

Pokémon cards: S$300

CAGR around: 7% (my RM cannot read)

House: S$8 million

Wife's house (she doesn't like me): S$4 million

Bali holiday home: S$1 million

F1 home in Monaco: S$400k

CPF: S$ 1.5 million

Wife's Birkins collection: S$800k

Total NW: S$ 35 million

I am not sure if I can FIRE with these numbers, I think I need to be more disciplined. Maybe if I work till 70, I can fire by 55?

Would appreciate any feedback, or advice.
